Arkansas 2nd Congressional District candidate, Clarke Tucker, is an attorney and former state representative rapidly gaining momentum against his Republican opponent French Hill. Tucker recognizes the importance of Black votes and is depending on a high turnout from communities of color in Metro Little Rock and Pulaski County.

Clarke Tucker is no stranger to campaigning, and his run for AR-02 shows his political prowess. During his time as a State Representative, Tucker made good on his campaign focus by voting in favor of Arkansas Works, Arkansas’ version of Medicaid Expansion.
